Russia is hanging on by its fingernails in Ukraine and had to ask North Korea to help it expel Ukrainians from Kursk. Putin keeps projecting strongman image but he screwed up really badly last few years. Armenia was previously disappointed in lack of Russian help during war with Azerbaijan. China doesn't have a deep relationship with Iran.

Having said that, Iran has been subjected to an isolation campaign by West for 40 years now and needs to do a better job of countering it. It should reset relations with Pakistan and Turkey , deepen its relationship with China and build fresh bilateral relations with Arab and European states. When you are in a struggle with the West and its proxies Israel/GCC, you need to have good relations with the rest of the world.

Why are you so defensive, I'm just pointing out the obvious, that Russia and China didn't offer anything significant outside of words. China its to be expected, they are cautious in their foreign policy and never commit significantly, Russia though, its a real betrayal, considering how much Iran helped them, but they didn't do anything to preserve their relationship with Israel and the Arab states. In many ways this also shows the mistakes Iran has made in not courting North Korea, the fact that Kim Jong Un has made foreign trips to Moscow and Beijing but never Tehran is a shortcoming on Iran's part. It's also proving a point in that none of these states are an "Axis of Resistance", and that only Nuclear weapons would be a deterrent, not any sort of hope in Russia or China.

If they are for other locations such as airbase, military, they prioritize missiles incoming for cities

I saw pezeshkian (peshkelian) interview with Tucker Carlson, I would give him a 3 out of 10. It was more like Tucker Carlson found some random guy out of the mosque or some tea server and asked him for an interview.

You get what you can access and afford. Then slowly build it up. Look how Pakistan started with the humble JF-17 and had gone through multiple iterations to be better equipped overtime. If Pakistan had insisted on F-16, nothing would have done since.
