The next presidential election will be 3 years later.Pezeshkian is such a defeatist who only believes in useless talks even after he narrowly escaped Israeli assassination, that I think he's better off replaced in the next round by a more capable leader.
They need someone like Raisi again......
More than YOU will ever understand.Since you say you're a veteran, I'm sure you understand the difference between a strategic victory and a tactical victory.
he is the theoretician of mandatory Hijab and yes he asked for that.No really he asked for the army to be dismantled ????????‽
Russia didn't sell the s300 for other reason and everyone here very well knew how i see Iran Russia relationshiptell that to Russia in 2012
no this one was burning grass around airportthey are all gas leaks
you guys expect the president say no we don't want negotiation , we want war , bring it on.The next presidential election will be 3 years later.
I don't think this situation can last for 3 years. Iran will be absolutely defeated, and probably invaded or dissolved into multiple states, by then if things remain the same way as they are now.
what are you talking about , at the beginning of revolution he was one the extremes among the conservatives , later after rafsanjani he begin to soften his positions and at the time of Ahmadinejad he re-imagined himself as moderate .You know, the reformists have tribal backward mindset, they are not able to even criticize one of their own and accept he/she did make a mistake, they are constantly wanting to make excuse or bring an example from another party that "they were wrong ... ".
just grow up.
I don't have any obligation to any party, and I even directly criticize SL and IRGC commanders and everyone in systems, but you can't even think about criticizing any reformist, it just like your mind is locked. If something is wrong, accept it , don't blindly support people.
and side note: if conservatives are wrong that don't make reformists being right.
I'm not against negotiations per se, but what do you want to negotiate over?you guys expect the president say no we don't want negotiation , we want war , bring it on.
well let me tell a secret to you a president or foreign minister battlefield is negotiation table. if he leave it its admitting defeat.
it's not important if the negotiation continue , the important part is result and nothing is suggesting mr. Aragchi or mr. Pezeshkiand are going to sign Iran right away
on that you are wrong , every time is a ground for negotiation .I'm not against negotiations per se, but what do you want to negotiate over?
I'm really curious. Nothing is left to negotiate over at this point.
That doesn't answer my question.on that you are wrong , every time is a ground for negotiation .
as long as Iran don't plant to abandon its nuclear right , there room for negotiation to establish those rights
negotiation is just a tool, how you use the tools is making the difference .
trump and netanyahoo attack show they could not achieve their goals at negotiation table. now if Iran get surprised by that attack , is not president problem , is intelligence community and armed force problem . sadly our intelligence community still don't see it short coming and insist on its old ways
the negotiation is over recognition of Iran right to peaceful nuclear technology , what Iran is willing to give away , guess is something in line of jcpoaThat doesn't answer my question.
Be specific. What do you want to negotiate over?
What do you want to give? What do you want to receive?
hope that gave answer to your question. In the JCPOA, we had 13 tones of 3.5% enriched uranium, an IR-40 reactor that was about to be inaugurated and our economy was in a better shape. We gave the IR-40 reactor and 13 tones of 3.5% enriched uranium to get out of Chapter VII of the UN charter, close the PMD case against Iran and annul UNSC sanctions on Iran, and halt US/European sanctions on Iran.
What about now? Tell us specifically what grounds exist for negotiations. What cards do we have to get what we want? What should we give? What should we get?
But we do not have something comparable to the JCPOA since all of our civilian infrastructure above the ground has been obliterated. All we have now is +400 kg of 60% enriched uranium, and if we do give that up, what guarantee is there that they won't attack us even worse this time? or even try to invade Iran?the negotiation is over recognition of Iran right to peaceful nuclear technology , what Iran is willing to give away , guess is something in line of jcpoa
hope that gave answer to your question.
in jcpoa we didn't gave away the ir-40 reactor we agreed to redesign it . if it didn't get redesigned ask china , they were the party who were supposed to redesign it
let say the fact that iran nuclear program are in dark right now , the fate of more than 400kg of 60% uranium is unknown .
