Yes sir, we have seen that in Afghanistan despite the technology and Air power Taliban survived in caves with old Nokia phones and Casio watches, Iran's terrain is very similar to Afghanistan but its population is better Armed and 100x more motivated against Americans or Israeli's than Afghans.
