Imam Khamenei's special New Year's message to enemies who make military threats:

In the background of the nowruz message of the leader of the revolution, there is a picture of Ayatollah Abdul Hossein Lari next to the picture of the imam khomeini.

He was a mujtahid who issued a fatwa for jihad when the British deployed troops in Bushehr and armed himself before the people in ww1.
