I don't think it's only culture or DNA problem.being pro gun or having higher Gini coefficient for sure has it's impact.There are some little things can be done to decrease violence or rage problems:

like consumption of little bit less sugar or alcohol ! for some reason we have been paying billions of dollars to subsidize sugar in our country !

I think it was China or Japan that they had courses for kids on what to eat and how to eat better foods and be healthier.We are also teaching a lots of bs to kids instead of these valuable life lessons

religion , demographic , education and ... these all matter but for God's sake Washington DC in top 5 ?it's like war zones may be worst there

This is what I mean when I say IR is a reflection of the people, who themselves are the problem.
If you tell a middle class Iranian to use less water due to shortages, how will they react? It's a selfish society which cannot plan for the future.
When everyone in the country prioritizes self enrichment at all costs, why are people surprised when government officials do the same? In such a society, what purpose is a government position other than an opportunity for self enrichment?
