Remember your initial comment was about Israel being on the offence and hammering Iran inside Iran. You're now bringing up isolated terrorist attacks and repeating Syria. Seems you have very little evidence of Israel hammering Iran inside Iran. Any attack on Iranians in Syria or Iraq fighting Israel would have to be responded to Israelis in neighbouring nations intending to attack Iran. Until Israel directly attacks Iran in Iran then your solution is a recipe for disaster in Iran's current military situation i.e lack of airforce, no nuclear deterrence and threat of US involvement.

trust me wouldn’t have the balls to make that decision either been in a few fight never been to war I have had guns shot in my direction in 94 in Ramallah closest I have ever been to a real gunfight, but let’s be honest if most of these other nations have been attacked it would be considered a legitimate reason to attack.

claim denied by other sources. if it was true we would have heard about it from the IRGC by now

On the night Solemani got assainated, US also tried to kill head of Quds force in Yemen. He escaped and has escaped assassination. US is still after him and I believe the last article I read he is now stationed in Tehran due to threat level against him.

While US isn’t as adventurous as Israel in assassinating IRGC abroad, US will do it if they think it will dent Iran.

What "most of these other nations"? The Arabs wouldn't lift a finger if they got violated by Israel.

Those groups are not Iranians but Iraqis training and directing are two different things and iran has never taken credit for those attacks. but I agree, I have been calling for stronger, direct responses by Iran for a long time. until we see that, Israel will continue to act undeterred since it can see Iran has no appetite for escalation or ability to reciprocate.

Iranians stick out in Syria and they can blow operational security. I remember watching a video of them in a beat up sedan driving near the frontlines and they were laughing and saying that terrorists have fire control of this highway and they could be shot at any moment. This was back in the day when Damascus and Homs had severe terrorist grouped entrenched in various suburbs.

IRGC are just built different. I don’t think mossad has to work too hard to find out where they are inside Syria, it’s well known. Sure if your someone like Ghanni you probably take Op sec seriously, but your typical IRGC advisor or officer prob doesn’t care.

There is two camps within IRGC, people who quit Tehrani Moghdams team because he didn’t take safety precautions seriously and they were genuinely considered for their lives and the ones who just didn’t care if they became shaheed and stuck alongside him.

There's a video on YouTube about that. IRGC driving around in Aleppo, stopping by at different locations, talking to strangers, handing out candy to kids even. They are very easy to spot.

I understand that. It’s a huge issue. These commanders are owned by and serve the interests of the IRI and the people. They have zero say in their security. It’s not their business. You and I own them and expect them to deliver justice. Worse, once they’re martyred the expectation shifts to deterrence and managing the escalation ladder.

Secure these people and ensure their safety. AVOID needing to retaliate.

Nearly every Israeli assaination has been done in coordination or Intel from CIA/MI6. When US wants to do an assassination they are more likely to share the Intel with Israel and have Israel do it. Plausible deniability.

But US is still after Quds force members and has listed rewards for various high level members including head of Yemen operations.
