Because the Iranians are meeting with the military and defence leaders of the country. I'm pretty sure it's the same deal when Iran meets Shoigu and his men, they wear their military colours. It's not that deep.

I can only go by what is apparent there. I think we all should do our best to be clear with our intentions. You kinda agreed with what I said, so it wasn't that bad.

Ah yes the "Iranian targets", which consists and consisted of striking Iran aligned groups in Iraq then dubbing them as "Iranian targets", same speeches same acts

Same typo, same words we hear since decades, dehumanization of Iraqis and Syrians, pull under the rug Iraqi and Syrian deaths by dubbing them as "Iranian targets", the US cowardice has no limits

Aren't you tired of dehumanizing Iraqis and Syrians by dubbing them as "Iran puppets that cannot do anything if papa Iran isn't telling them what to do" when you are raping, sacking, raiding, financing savage cannibals and sacking their countries?

Or say "Iranian targets" as a way to say (and lie) "We didn't killed Iraqis and Syrians", when this is Syrians and Iraqis that dies? This is not the first time CENTCOM dehumanize people or even worse describing people as "shia-backed militants"
