Its so funny you constantly say such things while living in the west, you’re a perfect example of a hypocrite.

If Mullahs hadn’t been busy stealing our wealth pretending to fight the west so they can enrich themselves and fund their daughters (who also love to live in the west btw), they could have come up with something better than a raindance as a solution to the ongoing crisis.

I have lived in the west since the age of 8, I grew up here, was educated here and lived in a sea of Garb Geda "Poorsians" who have no pride in Iran or Iranians and think that they were the elites who left Iran and those living in Iran are a bunch of backwards religious idiots. Canada is a multicultural society and there are people here from all over the world who love their homeland but Iranians are expected to hate Iran and its government or else move back.

You expect a Religious Cleric to not pray to his God to resolve a problem afflicting his nation? Is prayer the only solution given by the Islamic Republic to combat drought? Are there no universities working on the problem, no desalination plants are being built in Iran? Just prayers?
