This guy is verbally bankrupt, I dont know why he is still interviewed. Not being proud of our ancient nation and culture means neglecting our country even more than now.

It means becoming traitor (like he is), easily being bought by few dollars to betray our country, leading to death of innocents, scientists, military.

It means not caring about unity, each province or ethnic group deciding to separate or to attack the other group. This is what it means, but we all know this fool (zeshtkalam).

Yes, I agree with most of what you say. I definetely see the downsides of this mentality. If only you think this way, but the rest of the world does not, they gonna eat you up.

But I grew up with the German mentality, and here you learn "you cannot be proud of things you had no influence on, you can only be proud of things you yourself did"....and this definitely makes sense.

Let's see how the world will be in 100 years....
