in regards to your poster, you don't pick up knife , mini sword , sword , handgun , flame thrower , AK-47, home made bombs and .... then hit in streets in order to achieve "Freedom".
while original plan failed which was occupied streets for days/nights for unknown reasons ...
What happened in Iran was massive usage of social platforms especially it targeted younger generation to bring them out to streets and make room for trained teams in order to create chaos and havoc in Iran.
Libya got her "freedom" so did Syria with similar backers and similar plans.

During the protest and the subsequent massacre of the protesters by the IRGC/Basij many people took their wounded to private homes since they knew if they go to hospitals they will be killed on the operating rooms (collected evidence by human rights orgs) ..Many medical professionals provided their services free of charge to the wounded protesters in secrecy...Many buried their dead in private gardens.. After the fall of this mullah regime I expect mass graves to be discovered in Iran similar to what happened during saddam

I have/had family members that are and were semi/pro Pahlavi and revolution supporters.
When Savak(Part of Pahlavi's intelligence pre 1979) took one of my relatives as prisoner his parents had to sell their land in order to bribe people in establishment for his freedom.Some people could lose everything they had just by a single interaction with Savak.
Nowadays according to daughter of Mr Rafsanjani (daughter of number 2-3 powerful Iranian political figure until ~ 2015): Evin prison is like hotel !
Somehow she is also part of opposition !
Imagine someone from family of Mr Bush becomes opposition of U.S nowadays.

A funny anecdote I'd like to share.....
Around 15 years ago where I worked we had a middle-aged Iranian IT guy. We'd call him to sort IT issue out but to be honest he wasn't very good....he was a very secular guy, even changed his name so it didn't sound Islamic.
Anyway....I was feeling bored one day and called him to my office. I had Microsoft Word open and asked him "how do I make the words a little bit bigger"....he stormed out and refused to talk to me for the remainder of my time there.
Very nice guy.
