Probably, they put a camouflage net because the base was attacked and they wanted to hide the radars. They also moved some radars that are not in the picture

IDF Maj. (res.) Dor Zimel, 27, who was wounded in a Hezbollah drone attack in Arab al-Aramshe on Thursday, succumbed to his wounds on Sunday, the IDF announced.

Zimel served as a deputy company commander in the 8103rd Battalion of the IDF's Etzioni Brigade.

I agree with @AmirIGM here, The radar most likely got hit by a quadcopter, And some guy in the army thought "Hey lets hide the damage from the prying eyes of the satellites by covering it with camouflage netting"
