To close on this topic here, although @Hack-Hook is in direct opposition of my take in things, I don’t believe they or any other moderator should be replaced only on this criteria. In that context, I believe @Hack-Hook must remain as moderator if for nothing to present contrarian positions.

However, I’ve moderated and owned discussion fora before and the strict rule was that moderators absolutely couldn’t participate in discussions. They could only police and enforce forum rules. Participation is a conflict of interest IMO.

That’s why I can’t be a moderator in this forum. I’ve been asked before.

It’s not clear if that rule would be practical here.

And I never criticized Persian gulf, Serpentine and Arian in previous forum because they are fair and they never deleted my posts because of being anti zionist, while the worst genocide since WW2 has been happened in Gaza and maybe in recent 10,000 years if we calculate per captia!!
