Sanctions have been used for decades. US sanctioned fuel on Imperial Japan, which is one of the reasons that Japan did Pearl Harbor as its war machine was constrained by fuel shortages.

In this day and age, U.S. has gotten addicted to sanctions because it is easy to too and with little cost.

Actually that's not a Bosnian flag, but of their "green berets" and green (Muslim) transvesal, from Sarajevo to Tehran...

Before 90' last century, only Iran supported Bosniak people, but with Balkan war, they started special relations with KSA and Turkey, under CIA management, till this day...that was operation of expelling Iran from Balkan... respect for those who stay loyal to Iran, but their leader devoted their country to turkish president....
