the british press article is not up to date (was written when Netanyahu not yet made statement) and informations regarding it changed.

according Israel officials because Netanyahu backs it its not "debatable" and will go through as his Likud Coalition has a huge majority in the cabinet and nobody can "veto it".

Israeli officials say it will be "signed tuesday" and Netanyahu announced he and the Likud will sign it.

This does not seem like something "Israel" would agree to. They are not agreement capable, I would surprised if there is actually a ceasefire, especially one with these terms.

What’s clear to me so far

1. I don’t know its current situation in terms of capability but Hezbollah isn’t going anywhere, in that it remains a presence. That’s a minimum.

I'm only concern that there's no mention of occupied Palestine and especially Gaza. The only reason, according to HZB, for the shelling of the occupied territories was because of the Gaza onslaught. There must be clause somewhere on Gaza. I personally don't think HZB would just sacrifice them. It does against everything they hold sacred!
