Belize can declare war to Yemen if they want, it's not business of anyone else.
If UK wants to justify interventions and wars, they should order change ships flags to UK to their corrupt economic elite.

The flag is the related to legal issues.
If you make problems in a ship with the flag of X country, laws of X country are applied and nothing else.
We all know what happens here, corrupt UK economic elite used through decades flags of remote unrelated countries to pay less taxes.
Well that has a legal price, by legal point of view, it's not a UK state business, it's a Belize business, so Belize can send their powerful almighty navy to Yemen if they want to protect their interests.
