Iranian Foreign & Resistance Front Strategy & Operations

Times of Zion threatening again

IAF continues preparations for potential strikes in Iran
IDF sees chance for strikes on Iran nuke sites after knocking out Syria air defenses
Over 85% of Assad regime’s anti-aircraft systems destroyed in strikes, giving Israeli jets, drones total air superiority; IDF assesses weapons from Syria could reach Hezbollah
Operation True Promise 3 will be extremely devastating if it is in response to another Israhell strike on Iran - this time nuclear facilities.

Since the response and payback will have to add in the previous retaliation.

If this happens than its a clear signal that everything about the falling of Assad was negotiated between Turkey, Russia and Iran...

It's possible

Impossible, neither "Israel" nor the west want to coexist peacefully with humanity. They wish to exploit and dominate. Japan developed and was forced to sign plaza accords to reset. Same reason they are after China now, they do not want development, they just want a cheap source for resources.
True but a big truce is possible. At least enough for Iran to get most of the sanctions lifted and get some breathing space for development.

No way to tell if psyop or true.

Idk if Assad himself was selling Iran out but some of his generals? Definitely. His regime was riddled with corruption. That’s probably how Iran was able to target Nasrallah.

I somewhat disagree with this as Jordan would not contest the use of its airspace and Iraq cannot contest it. Considering Russia forbid the use of Syria's more modern air defenses against "Israel," I don't think that this makes much difference.

Don't tell us that Syrian air defenses was the main issue that stopped Israel from attacking Iran, this is a ridiculous attempt to paint Israel as premium fantasy race 300IQ jews that can invade the world on its own

The SyAD has always been poor and never stopped Israel from violating the airspace without any punishment let alone detection

It still seems unlikely, at least in the next few days, but everything changes in the ME in a matter of hours, so it's best to follow closely. I've already given two fake news stories about the start of TP3, now I'll only post when it starts or when there are concrete movements, but one thing that is happening right now that could imply a TP3 is that Israel has eliminated the Syrian Air Force and Air Defense Force (SAM), the IAF now has the skies clear to make a direct attack against Iran, if they are looking to attack Iran with the aim of ending the Iranian nuclear program, this should happen in the short term.

Makes absolutely no difference.

Syria did not have enough of the latest Iranian systems like Khordad MRSAM/LRSAM to deny Zionist warplanes the ability to fly over the desert and so as long as they avoided places like Damascus, it was relatively safe for them with some SEAD.

Russia only supplied the 1980s S-300PMU1 which was not really a threat to the Zionists.

Entity has no such ability to do anything more than minor damage to Iranian nuclear program.

100%

Syria's fall might actually be a hidden blessing for Iran. Iran can make peace with Israel and focus on its own development. Iran has the potential to be one of the richest countries in the world with its oil wealth, high technical abilities, geographic position, cultural wealth and a wide range of industries. The arch of resistance was draining Iran and for what? To rescue the ungrateful Palestinians? Even Hamas came out in support of HTS so what are you fighting for exactly? I've never seen a country fight for people who hate them, it doesn't make sense.

I agree with nearly everything in that post but Iran in its current ideological form will most probably never recognise the "entity".

That goes against everything it stands for.

The new freedom of aerial action also brings the IAF new opportunities. If in the past, the IAF would not fly directly over Damascus when carrying out strikes on Iran-linked targets in the capital, it now can. The IAF can also send surveillance drones over the Syrian capital without the fear of them being shot down by the advanced Russian-made air defense systems.

I look forward to the new "government" in Damascus urgently being equipped with Turkish air defences like how Russia and Iran equipped Assad.

I understand that and I think that’s why the Islamic republic and its ideology will continue to weaken. There is already massive discontent about it and I think its ideology has already lost its purpose as most young Iranians are secular.

Iran needs major reform.

They couldn't even detect IAF jets over Syrian airspace

With some luck they only managed to down a IAF F-16 in 2018 using S-200

And i don't understand how former SyAD could be a threat to F-35, also add to this the "complete destruction Iranian AD", they would be right now throwing massive penetrating bombs on hospitals without any consequence. Israel contradicts itself a lot, they manage to say that they achieved total air supremacy over Syria, to then claim that SyAD was a threat to IAF fighters that stopped them from attacking Iran

What does it matter if Iran recognises the entity anyway?

The benefits are almost nil and it would be seen as another traitor Muslim nation like the Turks and Arabs.

Iran is rich in oil/gas, has large agricultural resources and now it will save billions every year from not having to fund some of the former members of the "Axis of Resistance".

It will probably never give up on Hezbollah but even they will get less funding as the emphasis will be on survival and no longer being a threat to the entity.

Saving billions every year and economic reforms at home would be more than sufficient for Iran to recover till China rises enough to almost eliminate western bullying.

Of course they could!

Why do you think entity was reduced to firing stand off missiles and not just dropping bombs on Damascus from 30,000 feet?!

Those missiles used to bomb the Iranian consulate were apparently fired by F-35. Notice missiles and not bombs.

Iran was supplying some cutting edge stuff like Khordad 15 to Syria but the problem was there was very little of them deployed in Syria - maybe 1 or 2 batteries.

As for 2018, well Assad fell in 2024 and he was getting some good stuff from Iran like the above in the last few years.

And what was actually done about anti-idf protection for Iran in previous period? What advantages saa air defense provided to Iranian air defense?
Problem for idf was not Syrian air defense, but distance and logistical base around Persian Gulf....
Concern is Hezbollah and how to keep corridor Tehran-Beirut functional for supplies to Hezbollah....

Do you think that will stop Israel? That will give them a reason to attack more and sooner.
