I wonder about that myself. China is in a big bind with its 'coopetition' with the US and vice versa. In that sense each country is leaning slightly towards its own natural strategic interests...albeit perhaps not enough to substantially overlap the interests of Iran and maybe Russia to be meaningful. We'll see.

China is a frog in a boiling pilot with the Chef the Imperialist World Order. If they keep their head in the dirt to ignore what the west is doing then they will get a rude wake up call when Taiwan is stolen from their grasp like Ukraine was from Russia.

US has become Germany’s top trading partner, Chinese getting banned from access to U.S. sensitive semiconductor tech, TikTok ban in the U.S., tariffs on Chinese EV, and much much more.

This is exactly what US does prior to a “maximum pressure campaign”. We saw it from 1995-2005 against Iran the slow increase in pressure. We saw it from 2005-2020 against Russia and Putin.

And now we see it from 2010-2024 against China.

Same playbook, same goal, it will be the same outcome

The big advantage of these sorts of weapons is that in the lofted trajectory you can almost simultaneously both look for and then engage targets that you wouldnt have even known were there using the standard horizontal engagement type atgms like the kornet.
The only real down side is the expense of these types compared to the much cheaper wire guided and beam rider type atgms.
But its obvious what a huge force multiplier they are,I imagine iran will produce all 3 types of these systems in large numbers,tho we still havent seen the short ranged [2000m] cheapest version used yet,really looking forward to seeing that.
I`m honestly surprised the russians havent purchased some for evaluation as they really do lack a modern optronically guided atgm,plus of course theres its drone launched variant as well which the russians also lack an equivalent of.

I`ve just had a weird thought,the israelis who inadvertently left that spike system behind to be captured by hezbollah back in 2006,had no idea that they were effectively signing the death warrant of the zionist in the shorts in 2024.
There he was blissfully unaware that in the next 18 years he`d wind up being blown to bits with the video of his impending death second by second being watched by hundreds of millions on twitter/x
