I didn't see many helicopters flying over Lebanon
Hezbollah downed multiple Hermes-900 and Hermes-450 drones flying over Lebanon so far. Sayyad-2C performance against 4+/5G Israeli fighter jets is unproven and unlikely to be very strong

I just see Sayyad-2 as a SM-2 equivalent missile, able to intercept ballistic missiles and high altitude targets
Sayyad-2 is on paper enough for downing or at least damaging an F-16i/F-15 flying over Lebanon, and any high altitude drones

Sayyad-2 is based on a 1960s missile and has never intercepted a ballistic missile or fighter jet (let alone very advanced Israeli jets). it's possible but very unlikely
The Israelis have bought a whole company in UK to replace their Aerostats & Balloons. Initially they were looking to place an order for a few of them, Post 7 October they have moved on to buy a whole company for production.

Potential dangers of such powerful partnership is ancient divide et impera, there was speculation about how Hezbollah is tired of Iran, that some high ranking officials in Tehran are tired of their partners in the axis of resistance etc... I know that some young people in Iran protested against iranian support for the axis and their arabian partners, but they should know that axis is iranian national interest... shia crescent is revival in the only possible way of powerful iranian aka persian empire... with smart long-term strategy, iran can be true leader of the Islamic world for good, serious cia analysis don't give serious chances to saudis on long-term survival as protector of holy places, and there is not serious Arab candidate that can replace them....
Keep your persian culture, iranian national tradition and shia islam, and if you stay united, iran is on the way to be great power, in the world of one or more real two global super powers, iran will be one of the 5 or 6 great regional powers... other danger of iranian unity is pan turkism, but they will have other opponents also, not only iran...

Without Iran Lebanon would have been an Israeli settlement and this is not UN resolution that will defend Lebanon but Hezbollah
AnsarAllah without Iran would be an ISIS-like group depleting ammunitions at least a year after deep Saudi/UAE indiscriminate bombing, proof is that they do not have OTR-21 anymore unlike in 2014. And yemen would have been a Salafi Saudi land with certain massacre and beheading of the minorities

These missiles Sayyad-2C has been used before in lebanese theater??? we don t have evidence of performance because they have not been used these days. Israel does not use helicopters not even in Gaza, i think.

But still sayyad 2-c missiles ar enot have used by Hezbollah. If this missiles ar enot capable to target F-16 or F-15 Israeli jets i fail to understand iranian military technologies,capabilities and strategy overall. it supposed this systems targeted the most expensive drone from the US very easily before...

they might have used Sayyad-2 against Hermes-900 drone
the point isn't whether they used it yet or not, it's that it was confirmed for the first time that they have it. they use new weapons slowly and methodically and when the time is right.
