I think the 300 is a PR stunt made for Iranians to see the attack as a massive thing so they bring up 300 launched
On the field nothing indicates 300 missiles were launched (visual, satellite proofs since now 3 months)

1 IDF terrorist liquidated and another IDF terrorist "seriously wounded" by IED in occupied West Bank
An Israeli terrorist was killed and another was seriously wounded by a roadside bomb in the occupied West Bank’s Nur Shams refugee camp this morning, the occupation military announces.
The slain terrorist is named as Sgt. First Class (res.) Yehuda Geto, 22, a combat driver, from Pardes Hanna-Karkur.
The two terrorists were inside a Panther armored personnel carrier (APC) when the bomb exploded. Geto was the driver, and the seriously wounded terrorist was a commander in the Duvdevan commando unit.
The APC was disabled by the large blast, and later towed out of Nur Shams. The bomb was believed by the terrorist IDF to have been improvised, using tens of kilograms of explosive material.
Amid the extraction of the two soldiers, the terrorist IDF attempted to carry out a drone strike against a group of resistance fighters in the area, though the missile did not explode, the probe found.
The incident comes days after a similar attack in the Jenin area, in which a soldier was killed and 16 others were hurt when Palestinian Islamic Jihad operatives detonated bombs against army vehicles during a raid.

He admits firing 300 “projectiles”. Which doesn’t have to mean all missiles. You could even count a cluster warehead as many projectiles.
He can admit whatever he wants to admit. I don’t believe it. There is no 300 stage 1’s laying around of Iranian missiles from Iraq to Jordan, Syria, Israel. And do to heat resistance material Missiles are constructed out of, we should have seen ALOT more intercept missile stages or stage 1/2 separation tanks, and yet we have what, less than 10 photographed?
Yet somehow ALL 3 Israeli missiles had their 1st stage recovered.

IDF admits 2 IDF terrorists liquidated and another "seriously wounded" in yesterday's attack on Netzarim axis in Gaza
Two Israeli terrorists died during fighting in the central Gaza Strip last night, the occupation military announces.
The slain terrorists are named as: Master Sgt. (res.) Nadav Elchanan Knoller, 30, a platoon sergeant in the 8th Reserve Armored Brigade's 121st Battalion, from occupied Jerusalem. Maj. (res.) Eyal Avnion, 25, a deputy company commander in the 8th Reserve Armored Brigade's 121st Battalion, from occupied Hod Hasharon
Another terrorist of the 121st Battalion was seriously wounded in the same incident.
Separately, another IDF terrorist of the 401st Armored Brigade's 52nd Battalion was seriously wounded by anti-tank fire in southern Gaza's Rafah.
