It was expected when biden elected in 2020 iran had 4 years to prepare tough confrontation with future republican/trump comeback. The question , has the iran military-political leadership prepared to war? What was done for 4 years?

I don't know why you insist on your ignorance. Israel slaughtered 100,000 people (killed and wounded) in Gaza, did that remove Hamas from Gaza? Did that free their hostages?
