It is not Iran who need ten KC135 and tens of F16 or F35 to keep the killing machine oiled and pouring billions of USD in weapons and missiles.
Israel has become a pariah state. His prime minister cannot go to more than a half of the countries without being arrested by the most heinous crimes of the last century.
Israel has positioned itself and US by his hand in a worse position than China, Rusia or even North Korea.
Obviously you are living your own fantasy.

Proxy here is not precise definition, Houthis can't be defined as proxy with their imamat they exist in some forms for centuries, and this is not their first time to fight asymmetric conflict, Ottomans, Egypt, KSA finally...

They are entity in special relations within Iranian Commonwealth, if we use western terminology...Even Hezbollah, they were supported in foundation, but Iran recognized the conditions that were created by Israel... I think that IRGC has some proxy with Afgani and maybe some other...They are relatively small with even smaller impact on actual situation...

So we can take any period of history from ancient times, fundamental principles are always same...And preserved through times in state apparatus and organizational structures, of course reformed, to ensure functional stability against chaos...

For me, is very easy to track the way that Iran has made in our time...Different entities, with Plateau as key base, spread across the region, and main focus is always to keep Iran as safe as possible...

Hezbollah is crucial for destroying party planning for idf, they are functional and effective, and they are inflicting serious blows to idf...without out of order Hezbollah, idf can't be serious about clashing Iran...

Among all partners, Hezbollah is Hezbollah... Iran and Hezbollah, Batman and Robin on the middle east...

Hezbollah won this phase of war, they gave him hard punches on field allowing only shallow incursions across the border, they proven them selfs as top noch infantry force but for the continuation of war their heavy retaliatory weapons stocks need to be bumped up and in constant supply, that part of war is most difficult so far for Lebanon and resistance in overall.
