I understand that the SDF wants to connect with the two Kurdish enclaves north of Aleppo. And I don't think they are doing this "to cover the SAA". They have their own interests. Which is to protect their fellow Kurds. It makes much more sense for the SDF to take these areas than to have two disconnected enclaves (Tel Rifaat and Sheikh Maqsood) that could be besieged and attacked from all sides if they don't advance.

Keep signing ceasefire with your enemies, which they violate daily. Let a nest of takfiris sit for years until the gather the strength to attack. Keep giving your enemies ground till they are at your border. Do not fight back. This seems to be Iran's strategy of late.

Don't overestimate it, this is just naked performance of Erdogan, no shame, but it's OK, everyone has right to be shameless...Iran's strategy of late and earlier time is still untouched, Iran is still pretty safe place, and 'they' are still out of borders...this is major league, session is far from over, and we will personally be party breakers of Erdogan's plans...at least for our 2 cents, at least here, where he is so dedicated in installing soft power and influence...
