What doesn't make sense?

There is a terrorism problem in Pakistan, their are vast areas that are not even in control of the government. These groups cross over the border and attack Police officers and other assets. This isn't really that puzzling, they killed 11 police officers just a few weeks ago.

You wouldn't have any right to attack Iran i.e our military or government, but you would have the right to ask Iran to do something about it, and if they failed, you could take action against the seperatist groups. Which is what Iran has been doing with Pakistan.

Let's not lie, many of them have been taken out by either Iran and or Pakistan. So obviously enough was done. However when they come from Pakistan into Iran, which has claimed over 50 lives in various incidents, it's just Iran that is left to catch them in their own border if they're lucky, but are somehow safe once on Pakistani soil. Nothing was done about this after many protests and pleading by Iran.
