If Russia, Iran, Iraq want 0% influence in future of Syria they should continue with their wait and see approach. If they want to endanger stability of Iraq and Lebanon, they should continue with their wait and see approach.
Russia should think about losing their access to Mediterranean, they weakened Wagner and tried to balance Turkey against Iran.

Russia can´t be everywhere they are already in their own war hence they are out of this war. They lost almost 1 million forces in Ukraine they ain´t gonna walk out on that.

But Turkey will militarily fight in Syria just like Ukraine in Ukraine against all comers. The Syrian war could lead to a much bigger war then it looks like right now. I don´t see that happening. Turkey doesn´t want anyone except her creeping in on there borders. Turkey is a former empire they won´t tolerate some other nations trying to creep on their borders they understand that game to well. Why would Turkey allow foreign elements who are clearly hostile towards Turkey near their borders not only against PKK but any other elements who are natural not from there are deemed threat.

SAA claimed they reformed the army, bought new equipments, formed new brigades but nowhere to be seen. It's possible his army is finished like Saddam Hussain Iraqi Army and only has militias at his disposables. In another words he's finished. He will be cut off from Iraq and isolated.

Unlike the civil war there are no major defections or mass casualties. It’s just withdrawal after withdrawal of forces.

It seems like Assad doesn’t want to fight for these areas at this time. Maybe that means a major counteroffensive needs time to prepare or maybe that is reality on the ground now. Time will tell.

I think if situation gets worse, Iran will go for the bomb. If Syria weakens much further and HZ in its weakened state is not able to properly arm and reorganize, then Iran will for sure decide that the time has come to have the bomb and it cannot rely on Syria/HZ/Hamas to keep the West away from Iran’s border.
