Trump is good at achieving his objectives without resorting to war.

He has accomplished gains in Lebanon, Syria, etc in a short period that Israel struggled to achieve through the use of force.

If Trump is indeed pursuing the denuclearization of Iran without war, that could be bad news for Iran. The country has missed its opportunity to become a nuclear power, which could have provided strategic deterrence, shielded it from various issues, and offered a stronger bargaining position.

Probably Iran before 7 October was weaker than now. Of course Iran lost Syrian shield. But Iran tested weaponry and strategies to defeat anti aerial protection over Israel. Moreover, Iran learnt how to deal to incoming aerial attacks.

Resume production of missiles, drones and new tactics are enhancing Iran capabilities. I think (it is just my oppinion) that someone in the Pentagon told Trump "forget about attacking Iran". For sure all three armies combined with Israel would success defeating Iran. But the cost it is so high that the idea has been discarded.

They will make a "new" deal asking for total disarmament of Iran, total shutdown of nuclear sites, agreement to not make any weapon reaching more than 50km range for "sanction relief"

They are eager and waiting to lure Iran into a new "deal" asking for total disarmament, to then blame Iran when it will refuse it

The US is a loser unless Iran cannot threat or reach Israel, any other option is a loss for them

Like in Lebanon, it was Trump who forced a deal between the two groups. One group was barred from engaging in active warfare (who having failed to gain more than 5 km of territory and create a buffer zone in south lebanon), while the other was compelled to withdraw militarily from southern Lebanon. All of this was achieved through various non-militaristic means. A similar strategy was employed using Turkey and other groups in the case of Syria and create a much safer zone for Israel.

If they're going to repeat the mistakes of Islamic Republic and Taliban (Hair Cuttings as humiliation, forced hijab) their project/system will be a non-starter.

Iran needs to play clever politics, the Palestinians are aligning with their Arab brothers, Syria government has been removed, Hizbollah is isolated, Iranian threat has been reduced. Iran must concentrate on its own security, establish closer relations with neighbouring nations, China, ASEAN, Russia, Central Asia, leave middleeast to Arabs and their pals Israelis. Yemen will be the next Target, Houthis will be targeted. Iran will not cut a deal where it has to be disarmed, or else after disarmament Iran will be taken to the cleaners however Iran posture needs to change, they must be willing to negotiate, give and take to protect themselves.
