If Druze, Alevis, Christian, baath sunni Arab nationalist unite and rise up, they can destroy HTS. The biggest issue is economy isolation, with HTS sanctions are being removed, GCC and Turkey backing, without HTS it will be more sanctions and isolation which means weak economy. Its highly unlikely any genuine resistance will be formed against HTS.
