This is clearly a sign of weakness from Israel concerning Yemen. What more do they need to assassinate them? Yemen has launched hundreds of missiles into Israel with some impacting everywhere inside Israel with some indirectly killing settlers, what do Yemen need to do more to trigger Israel?

Israel didn't threatened to assassinate Nasrallah or Haniyeh before doing it

Israel knows they struggle to make a spy network inside Yemen, and that Yemen has a much lower number of traitors/sellouts than Lebanon or Iran, making assassinating/covert operations complicated

Their only realistic option left is directly bombing, and if they can't damage a single underground site besides hitting entrances, what option is left? I only see target bombing during moving from a place to another

If the Iranians also start funding Syrian development project or promote trade it will see them in a positive light.

This is what happened under Nasrallah’s watch. How many spies worked for Israel?

Nasrallah is just one that has to permanently hide due to constant threats of assassatinion thanks to close proximity to enemy with very strong intelligence and air force

you need real institutions to identify this thing but you can never fully prevent it, look at number of US - Soviet spies on both sides

and ultimately, Israel is much larger and richer than shia parts of Lebanon so it naturally has an advantage there

After an elected government come in power
And Syria make situation of our previous investments clear
The current govt is going to be the next elected govt. Maybe a joint Sunni-Shia united front is needed. Maybe Shia strength alone was not enough to destroy Israel.

Iran is not allying with Salafi Al-Qaeda leaders

You don´t need to be close ally. Just fund them to continue fighting against Israel. Or at least to fund that part of the government that would help to confront to Israel.
