On another note, new rise of stupidity in forces is alarming. It means new commanders are as lazy as the gone ones. IRI needs to change its ways or these people will suffer badly and so will the Iranian nation.

It is better late than never . Good wages , housing and access to advanced studies should follow something similar to the G.I Bill in the US. This should have the process from the beginning to move from a conscript army to permanent professional armed forces .
