Maybe the decreased rate of fire by Iran to 2 missiles has something to do with this?

no ongoing fires seen at time of image is positive
no evidence tunnels were hit here
Shiraz base is huge spread across tens of km

most satellite imagery I have seen of SSM bases shows relatively minor damage. some launchers hit while preparing missiles for launch and support buildings damaged, but tunnel entrances mostly unscathed and active - that's the key thing.
