Nobody with any common sense inside IRI will tell "hey, we have a satellite program for hidding a real ICBM plan". But everybody knows that IRI is hidding a ICBM program and nuclear weapons program.

Instead, they lost their entire C&C and best scientists of Iran within minutes, took 17 hours to respond, and were limited to launching 10-20 missiles per day from central Iran after 10 days, and quickly accepted an end to the war after only 12 days once Israel said it had achieved its objectives and stopped bombing.

The main goal for Israel was not nuclear program even missile program. Their major goal was overthrowing the Government. And they failed miserably.

it is tempting to say that their goal was *most ambitious thing possible* so if that isn't achieved (in 12 days) then they failed and Iran won

their objective was to set back Iran's nuclear program and missile program while killing many Iranian civilians and not suffering many losses themselves

they achieved that (with a lot of help from the USA) perfectly

so on the one hand, we judge Israel by its ability to overthrow the IRI entirely, and we judge IRI by its ability to just survive a short bombing campaign from a tiny country 1500km away? do you see any issue in this?

I don't have a dog in this fight...lol, but if I may interject, there is ample proof that their main goal was to overthrow the government....of course the secondary goal was not to just destroy Iran's nuclear facilities, but to have the USA pulled into the war who would ultimately decimate Iran. That's why it was called operation Rising Lion. They didn't even try to hide it. And, let's be honest, yes it did fail miserably.
I think it was an important wake up call for Iran, they need to be smarter and more hands on.....with long term goals and strategy. We need to kick out the loyalists out of seats of power and put capable people in. Iran is still in 1 piece....and we are still a viable country, so all is not lost, yet. We have time to thwart their plans and make sure they don't get their wish, which is Iraq/Syria 2.0

Have you seen the recent clashes in Iran in Kurdistan and Baluchistan? Did you see the clown show of Reza Pahlavi in Munich? They're very actively pursuing their goal of regime change. The war is not over yet.

- Destroying Iranian nuclear sites, which they failed to do so. Strategic Failure.
- Wiping out Iranian Military + Political Leadership. Tactical failure because if the goal was to cripple IRGC then it just did not happen, CoC was re-established within hours and starting firing back in the heart of Israel to deplete the worlds most guarded airspace.
- They failed to garner support for targeting Mullahs, diplomatic failure.
- Regime Change plan, Strategic Failure
- Air superiority over Iran is a war time propaganda and nothing else. 2-3 jettisoned tanks and sound clips from the day SPICE PGM was launched is all we have for the evidence of "air superiority" over 12 days. 99% of the of the strikes came from Aeroballistics and ALCMs from Iraqi airspace which I have been pointing to is the problem for Iran. Remember US strikes on Iraq or Syrian war or more recent Ukraine theatre? hundreds of videos of jets flying over people's head would have come out had there been such a level of aerial invasion as Jews were painting it to be.

You are expecting US standard efficiency from a ideologically built revolutionary, corrupt and dysfunctional system. From where I am seeing, it was actually quite surprising that CoC was re-established and started their wave after wave missile attack. I for one did not expect IRGCAF to pull this after Hajizadeh was gone. Not only they kept firing to the last minute until ceasefire, they just were not detered by Israeli action. Did they succeed in saving Iran? questionable

still, they maintained missile launches for 12 days despite Israeli air superiority over Iran and successful suppression of major SSM bases in West, and without that we really would have been defenceless.

Without proper nuclear umbrella, Iran with 500 SU-35 will still be defenceless.

Even if you're right (that IRI doesn't know how to capitalise) the reality It is that all international community felt that IRI was punishing back Israel and victory falls at Iranian side. So even if IRI didn't win militarily (IMO they did) the political victory It is inequivocally at their side.

Yeah....but at the same time, Israel is still fighting in Gaza, their army is badly stressed....they've spent all the goodwill of the US, and Europe, they're at the end of the line when it comes to protection and support of those said countries. There are politicians openly calling for Netanyahu to step down. Israel's smartest, most employable people are fleeing in large numbers, Israel's economy is in tatters. They've lost so many jobs, and wealth over the last 2 yrs, it will take a decade if not more to get back to even. So, with that said, regime change for them is the ultimate goal, and never off the table, but they just had their best opportunity in 40 yrs, and the window closed rather fast on that. As far as Pahlavi is concerned he's a dead man walking...no one is taking him seriously....look for more negotiations, I think the EU is privately pushing the US for an off-ramp, and they're basically disregarding what Israel wants. They're too busy with Ukraine and Russia, and they don't want another hot-spot on the radar just now.
