I think they are both Soleimani class catamarans (ships 2 and 3 of that class, with 1 more to come) but Shahid Bagheri is also the name of a large forward base / drone carrier being converted from a container ship, so it might be that

Tangsiri has recently said Shahid Rais Ali Delvari (4th and last ship of Soleimani class) will be delivered next. Shahid Muhandis (first ship of smaller Muhandis class) was commissioned last month (although apparently without its full suite of radars).

If Soleimani class has reached maturity in terms of radar suite and missile layout, would be nice to see more numbers added rather than just 4. Without Sayyad-3 SAMs (120-150km), they can create forward air defence bases and extend Iran's air defence umbrella or be used to defend other ships.

This is the main radar of Shahid Soleimani's warships, which is installed only on the third ship.
Looks like it's still being tested.

Range of new warships of IRGCis said to be around 9,000 KM meaning 4,500 in radius. Good to reach Diego Garcia island.

These warships have to protect forward base ships and enable them to target Diego Garcia island from a suitable range.

Btw, One of them fired air defenses missile. Navy commander says it hosts 16 vertically launched Navvab air defence missile with 100+ KM range.

Maybe Tangsiri meant to say Sayyad with 100 KM range not Navvab.

Important point is that, when some people claimed these vessels lack radar, they didn't noticed that IRGC and most possibly IRIN has used high tech radar to lower the radar signature of these ships.
