Yeah. I think It is the same Tondar class IR missile. Launcher seems to be similar.

Would be nice if they could fit these on more of the naval vessels like Sina Class and Tondar Class. All the vessels would benefit from this given the lack of air defense measures in the navy
 
Iran has commissioned the aircraft carrier drone carrier "Shahid Bahman Bagheri" with the hull number C-110-4. The ship "Shahid Bahman Bagheri" was built on the basis of the former container ship "Perarin", built in South Korea. Iran has long been using such a scheme for building aircraft carriers, it is inexpensive and feasible in a short time.
The container ship, 240 meters long and 32 meters wide, was modified into an aircraft carrier at the Iran Shipbuilding & Offshore Industries Complex. The aircraft carrier drone carrier "Shahid Bahman Bagheri" is equipped with a runway with a ramp for taking off heavy UAVs. Inside there is a hangar and a lift for drones. The ship also carries light missile boats, sea drones and Mi-8 and Bell 214 helicopters. The armament of the ship "Shahid Bahman Bagheri", various artillery, launchers of anti-ship missiles, air defense is represented by boats with Kowsar-222 missiles. The displacement of the ship is 41,315 tons, the cruising range is up to 22,000 nautical miles, the speed is 22 knots.
