Minute-by-Minute: Turkish AKINCI UAV's long search for Iranian President Raisi’s crashed Helicopter

8.00 PM: Iranian Ministry of Foreign Affairs requested a night-vision search and rescue Helicopter from Türkiye's Ministry of National Defense (MoD). The MoD proposed deploying a strategic-class Bayraktar AKINCI UAV alongside the AS-532 COUGAR Helicopter.

8.20 PM: Iranian officials accepted the proposal, and the MoD instructed the General Staff to prepare.

10.30 PM: The MoD issued a border crossing order for the AKINCI A6, which was already airborne and armed.

11.00 PM: The border crossing was canceled as Iranian authorities did not approve the armed Bayraktar AKINCI

11.18 PM: The unarmed AKINCI A5 took off from Batman.

00.13 AM: The UAV crossed the border from the Van region.

00.45 AM: The AKINCI A5 arrived at the target area, flying at an altitude of 30,000 feet.

02.22 AM: Due to poor weather and difficulty in capturing images from high altitude, the drone descended gradually to 9,000 feet, where it detected the first heat source.

02.37 AM: Images from the Bayraktar AKINCI were shared with Iranian authorities.

04.30 AM: Iranian search and rescue teams arrived in the area.

05.46 AM: The teams located the helicopter wreckage.

05.50 AM: Iranian officials thanked the MoD and requested the drone's withdrawal, as other aircraft were entering the area.

06.01 AM: The AKINCI A5 began its return journey, ascending in altitude.

06:45: The drone re-entered Turkish airspace.

One thing I don't understand, why are they considered "shoohada"? Why do Muslims consider everyone who dies in whatever way a "shaheed"?

Thanks to Turkey.

Atleast Mullahs have one country they can somewhat rely on.

They lost their lives while serving for the Iranian People
Also In Islam, people who burn to death are considered martyrs.

There was 3 Helicopters flying through the fog, but only the one with the president and foreign minister crashed

They were probably assassinated from inside just like in 2009, when the USA backed FETO organization killed the leader of the Turkish political Party MUHSIN YAZICIOGLU under the guise of a Helicopter crash

My Deepest Condolences to Iranian people

I would like to say here that Mountains and Clouds are the Enemies of Helicopters

We in India have seen that Many times

Recently we lost Gen Rawat ,CDS and several other Military officials

Raisi in the next 2-3 weeks ?

most likely candidate for new president according all Iranian media outlets will be Ghalibaf
