Iranian UAVs | News and Discussions

Note the downwards wing tips. Reminiscent of the F 313 mocked by Those Out Standing In Their Field:

Seen a few pics of the Shahid 136B with a 4,000 km range a while ago during a parade, but haven't seen it much after that.

4000k ?

what guidance they using, GLONASS ? They don't have their own constellations up there, I don't think.

Won't that effect their CEP/accuracy ? Those airport strikes, for example, didn't crater the runways and cripple ops even though they did manage to score some hits.

For conventional payloads at least there needs to be bit more precision strike capable, right ?

Al Asad, Iraq.. kinda same story with the missiles.. but maybe that was just a shot across the bow as some seem to suggest.

I think we are talking about Shahed-136B with claimed 4000km range

drones are inherently more accurate than MRBMs as they travel at slower speeds and don't manoeuvre inside/outside the atmosphere to avoid interception or to adjust its course when re-entering the atmosphere at mach 5-8. only missiles were used in Operation TP 2

I suggest you look at satellite imagery from Al Asad attacks again, those (shorter range) missiles impacted with impressive accuracy

This thing is becoming my favorite. It looks awesome!

4000 km range means Iran can target countries in the EU now directly using this fat drone:

I don't mean to troll but what's with these James Bond / Batcave type facilities they keep giving people sneak peeks at.

Granite mountains ? Safe from enemy deep penetration/bunker buster munition strikes ?
