It seems to resemble the Russian "Lancet".
Who knows the Iran-Russia collaboration will bear its first fruits

delivery of 1,000 drones to the Army soon

this is a low amount. Russia's production rate of just Shahed-136 is close to 10,000 per year.

Does Iran's factories employ robotic assembly lines for more efficient mass-production too like they have in China?

loll

A delivery does not mean all the delivery for 2025 and let's see the drones that will come out. These thousands of drones are added to the thousands of drones already built. And we must see the models that will come out. Stop your ridiculous analysis please

You are comparing a military scale Economy with a civil one. It is not fair.

Russia built a mega-factory and equipped it with their bests assembly lines specially for producing thousands of Geran (Shaheds). They are producing not only drones, also aircrafts and armored vehicles and tanks with all their manpower and economic resources avaiable. The Iran economy is not focused in a protracted war.

If Iran must allocate manpower, raw materials and economic resources for a war scale assembly line, it should be focused probably in MRBM and specially in solid engines ones. Or maybe in SAM systems. All in all the military answer to Israel and US threat is different to the land campaign of Russia that needs artillery and air close support.

Why do you think all these 1000 drones are suicidal?
in previous deliveries the majority were one way drones with smaller numbers of Mohajer-5

there is no fairness in war, Iran's enemies are much more vicious and powerful than Ukraine

Be fair, Mr. Persian Gulf, rear Ukraine It is not only NATO, even EU pouring much more money than Israel. Their Army is fighting until literally extinction.

Israel can't beat Iran. US does. Irán doesn't need 10.000 Shaheds to crush Israel. It is much smaller and farther, from those 10K drones Jordania, Saudí Arabia and now Syria would shoot down more than a half. The kind of answer is not same than Ukraine-Russia war.

Looks more like Hero drone than the lancet.

Also Iranian x wing drone predates Russian ones. It was used in Syria in some special operations early on in civil war, I remember reading jihadi accounts saying that a small x wing drone hit their position with a small 10kg warhead. No one claimed responsibility, but the thinking was it was Iran.

This was also before Russia was involved in the war. So I would say Iranian X drone is from 2015-16 timeframe, long before Russia. Just getting unveiled now because it was a tactical drone for special forces on the battlefield.

Russia was much further behind Iran in drone tech until they purchased ToT from Israel.

Iranian Armed Forces to Receive New Warship and 1,000 New Drones

Rear Admiral Habibollah Sayyari, Deputy Chief of the Iranian Army for Coordination, said that a new warship will be delivered to the Iranian Navy soon, while the Islamic Republic of Iran Army will receive 1,000 new strategic drones.

Regarding the technical characteristics of the 1,000 new drones that will be delivered to the Islamic Republic of Iran Land Forces, Rear Admiral Sayyari said, “These drones are characterized by their stealth, long range, precision, and high destructive capacity. They will be delivered to the Islamic Republic of Iran Land Forces in the coming days.”

As for the new warship of the Navy, Rear Admiral Sayyari noted, “This ship will soon enhance the combat capability of the Iranian Navy.” »

Sayyari announced that a significant number of modernized ships and aviation units would be integrated into the navy in the near future.

Earlier, Brigadier General Kioumars Heidari, Commander of the Land Forces of the Islamic Republic of Iran, said that the new military equipment would be characterized by greater maneuverability, precision and would be more intelligent, based on a sophisticated network aimed at countering any type of threat.

Meraj-532 see below the pic. And this Product-53 in Russia is actually Iran's Rizwan drone.
