I agree, but plain killing isn't enough
You cannot kill brothers and sisters of criminals, you cannot kill their parents and direct family
But you can show them out and rip them of their citizenship if required

Laws are not that important in Islamic republic, you can see it in how people drive cars. So we have a culture that has normalized neglect and breaking laws.

This "spoiled (anti)-culture" led to murder of policemen and burning down 100s of public buildings, because breaking law and rules is an Iranian habit ("zerangi"), so why not burning down police stations and burning police officers alive?

The right/freedom of demonstration is confused with the right to kill police officers. For Iranians it's just a thin line which separates these 2. This shows that Iranians clearly need Iron fist to repair these cultural errors. We have seen the monarchists doing the same in UK, attacking and beating up police officers.

Iranian authorities must re-establish red lines, discipline and law, else they will pay in blood. But this is also a task which should be done by our education system, by Iranian parents, and our media. It's a cultural problem and needs a top-down solution, which again shows mismanagement by authorities.
