BREAKING NEWS: Protesters storm the entrance to Najaf International Airport. Large crowds of protesters in Najaf have surged toward the entrance to Najaf International Airport amid protests against the suspension of flights from Iraq to Iran. The restrictions followed US sanctions targeting companies that provide services to Iranian airlines. The protesters are gathering under the slogan: "Our sovereignty is not imposed through bans."





NOTE: Protests against the suspension of flights with Iran are spreading throughout Iraq!! Demonstrations have now broken out in the Dhi Qar province, in southern Iraq!

Clashes between security forces and protesters in Baghdad

Iraqi media reported clashes between security forces and protesters in Baghdad. The protests were carried out by citizens with higher education degrees demanding access to jobs.
