Why would a terrorist operation want to legitimise their enemy's claim in a situation like this when silence would have had a lot more impact?

I am saying for a calculated response. I do not want a war between Iran and Pakistan. But Iranians must condemn their own regime too. How on earth their regime is so stupid. From strategic point of view, they have done a blunder. Whole world is against them and they have made their immediate neighbor as a potential hot border. Even if there were terror outfits in Pakistan, they should have never do unilateral missile strikes. This changes everything.

Pakistan will never become a hot border. Pakistan will never want to fight Iran. it's a calculated move. They probably paid the pakistani Generals and were allowed to bomb Pakistan. Same thing the Americans did.
