Nothing happened to Iran.

You don't understand Farsi, the questioner asks what will you do if the dushman (enemy) retaliates. Iran didn't strike Pakistan but terrorists who live in your land. Get it into your head for the billionth time! He was referring to the terrorists unless you are saying Pakistan is synonymous with balochi/zionist/kurdish terrorists? I dont care about the tweet date, the interview was after the Erbil strikes.

But in doing so, Iran violated Pakistan's sovereignty. Pakistan has essentially done the same.

Now go sit down. Unless you want to escalate. Then FAFO.

Pakistan has born the brunt of Iranian based Indian assets - Kulbushan Yadav operating out of Charbahar and BLA/BRA using Iranian territories as safe havens.

You have wrong understanding of sovereignty. Anything your military does within Pakistani borders without Pakistani cooperation, its an attack .

Killed children in Pakistan and now crying.

This is what every nation has a right to do. We ask the other nation to clear out the terrorists first, which Iran did, and Pakistan only targetted the terrorists that were attacking it and turning a blind eye to the ones attacking Iran. This was only going to go on for so many years and dead Iranian police. Iran was taking revenge from terrorists not Pakistan, but Pakistans reactionary attack was to somehow try to hurt Iran but ended up (failing to) killing mutual enemies.

That neither proves Iran was complicit or Iran knew about it. This Indian dog came in and walzed into balochistan. Funnily enough Iran helped Pakistan to get him kidnapped, but we all remember how Pakistan stalled and denied that Rigi existed when Jundallah did the 2009 Pishin attacks.
 
I just don't get it. What is the underlying apple of discord? Is it the Shia Sunni caste war or some territorial dispute?

With Iran providing discounted oil and Pakistan assuming an anti-US stance, I thought the two will be getting along better than the past and now this!

You're assuming there was no cooperation as you're arranging from silence. However there was no mention of attacking Pakistan without warning. Either way, you need an element of surprise to take out terrorists so it is understandable why Iran didn't want to shout about it. Normal nations dont have terrorists in their borders, so dont expect to be treated like one.

You killed children in Iran and are celebrating!
