Is China encroaching upon Indian territory in Arunachal Pradesh?

I don't want agruree here but one question?

What yout think about useless claims by all three nations by today? Since we all known, it cannot be achieved without very bloody war and practically no one is willing today.

Will this going to hellp anyone?

I’m not interested in all these arguments—I asked a simple question.

But I’m afraid no one wants to give a direct answer. Some people keep talking about claims, historical rights and other useless arguments, but very few are willing to face the reality.

Our leaders have promoted these positions for so long that they cannot easily go back, move forward, or accept a compromise to finally resolve the disputes.

The reality is that the leaders of all these countries can drag these disputes on for decades without any realistic chance of a final settlement. No country is going to voluntarily give up territory it considers its own without an extremely serious conflict.

The leaders know this. We know this. Yet everyone seems more comfortable blaming the other side than confronting the reality and finding a practical solution.

And only solution is - drop the useless claims, accept the current borders, live peacefully in your house.

China and Vietnam’s maritime boundary is determined by their respective maritime claims and the agreed maritime delimitation—not by the size of either country. The size of a country does not give it a greater right to maritime territory.

China has made extensive territorial and maritime claims that overlap with the claims of several neighbouring countries, creating significant and sometimes unnecessary disputes. Critics argue that some of these claims go beyond what can reasonably be justified under modern international maritime law.
So why did India annex Sikkim?

Neighbors invaded by India: China, Pakistan, Bangladesh.

Countries controlled and intervened by India: Nepal, Bhutan, Sri Lanka.

All neighbors have conflicts with the former British colony, India

Sir as per the history, Chinese states controlled much less territory than the modern PRC.. means you annex for more lands already and even want more with useless claims.
So please don't go there.

To be honest, China does not want to regain control over India. We are merely asking India to stop implementing the colonial expansion policies of the UK.

So, it's based on facts.
yesh, based on facts what chinese leadership wanted to accept.

for example -

Ladakh No, not simply as Qing Chinese territory Ladakh was historically a separate kingdom. It had close relations with Tibet and was later incorporated into Jammu & Kashmir under the Dogra rulers.

Sikkim No Sikkim was a separate Himalayan kingdom. It had a relationship with Tibet/Qing China, but it was not a Qing province.

Arunachal Pradesh No, not as a Qing province The region was historically inhabited and governed by various local peoples/polities. China's present claim is primarily connected to its claim over Tibet/South Tibet and the disputed Himalayan boundary.

The particular map you uploaded is not itself a map drawn in 1795; it is a modern historical reconstruction/illustration.

The map does not have any value.

I already stated it – people like to live in false things which sold by leaders past many decades past.
So you just choose to ignore evidence. Is this some fantasy role playing forum for you?

i would not get any reply for this, but people will like to discuss on useless claims.

India was originally a Chinese colony, conquered by the Tang Dynasty diplomat Wang Xuance. There are Japanese painters who eulogize Wang Xuance's conquest of India.
