Is China encroaching upon Indian territory in Arunachal Pradesh?

Isn't it funny that there is no map of Indian claims? Like show us their maps from before the British and we can judge for ourselves.
You just google it, if you just referring map for only one density, even map is incorrect, I can share various maps as pER the history, Controlled by indian based rulers in past

Just giving reference ...

If we follow ashoka empire -- than we neED to claim parts of whole Pakistan, and including Afghanistan...:ROFLMAO:

But what is point of these uuesless discussions

India was 3 dozen countries before the British came. You never had any claim of tibet ever.

Please do, showing Tibet was part of India. Wait... was India a country before 1947?
if you want to apply the argument that “the country did not exist under that name at the time,” then the same standard has to apply to China as well.

The People's Republic of China was established on 1 October 1949. Even China's own official constitutional history says that the 1911 Revolution created the Republic of China, while the PRC was founded in 1949.

China's own government today describes the PRC as the successor to the Republic of China and argues that the state itself continued while the government changed. Fine—but if that principle is accepted for China, then you cannot selectively reject historical political continuity when discussing other countries.

Similarly, India became independent in 1947, and the Republic of India was established in 1950. Nobody is claiming that modern India suddenly appeared from nothing in 1947; there was a long history of political entities and territorial administration before the modern republic.

So let's use one consistent standard: don't simply take the maximum territory ever controlled by an ancient or imperial dynasty and automatically call it the territory of today's country.

If historical continuity is your argument for China, then apply the same principle consistently to everyone else. If the argument is instead that only modern states and their internationally recognised borders matter, then apply that standard consistently too.

Logical error. The subject of a country is the country itself, not its name. That's why we say, "China conquered India" and "the Tang Dynasty conquered India" are the same thing. We just use different names. The problem with India is that the country of India doesn't exist; it was established by the British.

Japanese empire was the most recent, should they claim those parts... Please stop this useless things
Tell me the truth which one of these countries is your real country? Not the one white man gave u a name of.

Lol we occupied tibet from Yuan to prc that's 800straight years. How long did japan occupy?

China did not become territorially large simply because it was “always the same country.” The territory ruled by Chinese states changed dramatically over time, through wars, conquest, annexation, treaties, incorporation of frontier regions, and periods of political fragmentation.

Like india - there was no china before, there were several small union territories.

At present, all countries has history - some lost and some gain - but who cares about hundred year old things and making fuss of claims.

If they need to - they will choose one map, when they had most of the parts, will start claiming it

I said India as a country, not republic of India. China may have many official names in the history, but they all mean China, the basic idea of the land and the people.

Rubbish. China state existed for thousands of years. Don't think everyone else is like your India in history, lol. The official diplomatic documents corresponding with foreign countries call the Chinese state China(中国) since Han dynasty more than two thousands years ago.

Yes I understand that but now many locals are reporting it. Could it be a case of the central government v locals?
A lot of reports but no recording. Nobody saw those Chinese soldiers encroaching into India just some political party messing around to stay relevant.
