The United States and Iran are closing in on an agreement on a one-page memorandum to end the war in the Gulf, a source from mediator Pakistan familiar with the negotiations said. I suspect the biggest barrier to a resolution currently is uncertainty about who has what power in the remade government of Iran????

No one knows what's happening in Iran and how much influence those negotiating for Iran have inside Iran.

Yesterday they lobbed missiles and hours later some official came out and said it wasn't Iran who did it.
