️Gaza Ministry of Health:– “The Israeli occupation continues to prevent the entry of oils and spare parts necessary for the maintenance and operation of electrical generators.”
– “The continued ban on the entry of oils and spare parts is considered one of the most dangerous forms of pressure on the already strained healthcare system in the Gaza Strip.”
– “The monthly need for oils reaches 2,500 liters to ensure the operation of generators and thus the continuation of healthcare services.”
– “The remaining generators in hospitals and primary care centers have been operating for more than two years; they are worn out and prone to frequent breakdowns.”
– “Many vital hospital departments—such as intensive care units, surgical departments, neonatal incubators, emergency units, dialysis departments, and diagnostic imaging services—are at risk of shutting down as the crisis of oil and spare parts shortages worsens.”
– “Engineering and technical teams at the Ministry of Health are working with severely depleted and limited resources to keep generators running.”
– “The Ministry of Health renews its urgent and immediate appeal to all relevant parties to intervene and pressure the occupation to allow the entry of the necessary oils and spare parts.”
