It depends; the Democrats want this to end immediately, the Republicans are divided, but there is urgency to wrap it up for political reasons during midterms. As for pressure, it's non-existent on Israel.

No one in America can pressure Israel, its hard to believe how a Powerful country and super power like USA and its leaders become a puppy in front of Israeli PM, and other Zionists leaders, if these politicians have done no wrong or took no money then why the fear ? I understand the dumb Republicans and their stupid Rapture Prophecies, but Democrats what are they afraid of ? I guess that the Democrats were also trapped in rings like Epstein Island ? Or its just money ? How can money or aka campaign funding makes a human who claim to stand for liberal values be so blind that he/she can't see starving children and not try to stop it ? where are those champions of women rights in left when Gaza women giving births under fire on roads, or young girls didn't have feminine hygiene for themselves... But they are more concerns for which bathroom Trans man or trans women will use...

It is unlikely to conclude the agreement quickly because the goal is to reach a comprehensive agreement with the determination of all the details before the start of the ceasefire.

Israel is just being difficult - even Rubio admitted switch over from Hamas won't be as easy as making a cup of Instant coffee, it will take time and require international monitoring and cooperation and patience.

Israel is trying to derail these discussions before they even seriously begin.
