You understand the situation very well. The strategy of the United States and other Western countries in the Middle East Arab world is to never have a core country that can lead the Islamic world and is strong enough in politics, economy and religion to unify the Islamic world. Middle Eastern Muslims cannot have nuclear weapons. Kemal, Nasser, Khomeini, even Saddam and Mubarak must be continuously attacked by the West. The West needs Israel to do their dirty work. It also needs to create divisions in the Middle East. An Arab world with a unified voice or an Islamic world is a huge challenge to the existing international order and pattern, and will seriously threaten the fundamental interests of the West. Spot on This is what I'm trying to educate our policy makersThe strategic aim of the United States and other Western powers in the Arab Middle East is to ensure that no single country can emerge as the undisputed leader of the Islamic world—politically, economically, and religiously powerful enough to unify it. Nuclear weapons must remain off-limits to Middle-Eastern Muslims. Figures ranging from Atatürk and Nasser to Khomeini, Saddam Hussein, and Mubarak have therefore been subjected to sustained Western pressure. The West needs Israel to do its dirty work, while simultaneously fostering fragmentation across the region. An Arab world—or broader Islamic world—speaking with one voice would pose a fundamental challenge to the existing international order and directly threaten the West’s core interests.
You talking about Syria? They will go after Saudia, but before Saudia, they will go after Pakistan UAE Qatar they all will be gone.Anybody saw Tom Barrack’s interview about Syria and Israel a few days ago?
I never saw a US envoy so critical about them.
He said that Syria and the Syrian government have the right to exist and riight to self defence and that Israel’s strategy is to prevent Arab states in the region getting strong, democratic and independant and that strategy is a danger for the region.
