What I have mentioned is true but still if Israel was preparing to use nuclear weapons then still it shows that Israel was badly loosing fight and hence was considering nuclear option....
Egypt too had (have) Soviet nuclear warheads and war could have been dirty further....

My point is Egypt had actually almost won yom Kippur war....

But, they didn't.
