Assad was evil, even though he was supported by Iran. He may have held Israel back, but at the same time he also killed and tortured a lot of people. It's a choice between two evils. I get your point, but just because people hate Assad, doesn't automatically turn them into Zionists.

Assad had no agenda other than keeping his country of Sunni/ Shia Arabs/ Alevis/ Christy X-Tians and Kurds as a nation.

You are now witnessing the demise of that country now because he was removed.
