The Ramadan ceasefire decision is conditional on the release of the hostages, and it is a non-binding decision because it was not taken under Article Seven.

But even if it is a non-binding resolution, it will put the Zionists in a difficult position internationally because refusing to implement a Security Council resolution will put them in the face of the international community and appear as an entity that is trampling on international laws, especially the American abstention, as if they are saying, “We will not protect you forever.”
