Israeli judoka Muki says protesters snatched his national uniform in Japan​

Israeli judoka Sagi Muki has said pro-Palestinian demonstrators in Japan stole the jacket from his national team judo uniform when he confronted them, according to the Israeli media and a video circulating on social media.
In the video, Muki says he decided to talk to the protesters after coming across the demonstration.
“I tried to explain [to them], to fight for the truth and the State of Israel,” Muki said.
According to Muki, some of the demonstrators took his official jacket and ran off with it.

Don't trust a word said by the Indian govt over Palestine! They might have been more balanced up until early 90s and even a bit pro Palestine till then but no question that the Indian govt since then is pro Israel. But they are also 'practical' enough to know that vital interests are at stake in the GCC Arab countries and so the Indian govt does what it always did the best: Hypocrisy!

Online Indians show such support to Israel that I saw some Israelis cursing America for the UNSC Abstention and saying 'India is on our side and soon India is going to be the largest population of 2 billion and the second largest world economy'.

Having said that, I can't say that the majority of ordinary Indians are pro Israel. My guess is that to them it is a non-issue and probably tangentially even beneficial to the countries like China, India and Russia: Let the West remain preoccupied and expend its resources protecting the West's Israeli masters.

The continuation of Israel’s war in Gaza “aims to destroy the identity of an entire people”, the Arab Parliament has said in a statement marking Land Day.

The legislative body of the Arab League said the anniversary comes at a time when the Palestinian people are being subjected to “a war of genocide and forced displacement” that contravenes all international laws.

It called on the international community to “shoulder its political, legal and moral responsibilities” and intervene to secure an immediate ceasefire.

The Arab Parliament added that international standards of justice must be applied “in order to reach a final, just and sustainable solution to the Palestinian question.”

Tschh. There is no such thing as 'the World". You speak as if humans have suddenly invented ways to get along and work as a single universal society.

The 'world' is basically divided on who's who. Their acceptance of what is right and wrong, what's acceptable or not is divided on how they view (and shape) their surroundings.

This is why you see the West that spent the last 2-3 decades decrying Islam's approach on things as inhumane and barbaric are absolutely OK with Israel killing civilians in broad daylight. in short... 'the world' (LOL) isn't a single universal society as many people thought.

There are many beliefs, I couldn't list them all, but in general the giants of thoughts are that of the West (and their Judeo-Christian but later Liberal) idelogy and on the extreme end of the other side is most prominently, Islam.

To win, one of them must kill the other, there's no other way around it. The West justifies the killing in Iraq, Afghanistan, and now Gaza with the belief that they have a god sent command, to transform the world to their likings. This is why the West is so cutthroat in social engineering, spreading their culture of democracy, nihilism, neo-atheism, LGBT etc most prominently to the Muslim world. And behind this is their institutions like the UN, that many Muslims sadly looked upon into.

Now the people who call themselves Muslims must ponder upon themselves. What can we do, to destroy the West and their ideologies and institutions? It started by planting the correct belief of Islam, first into you and your family with the final goal of outright replacing how the world works according to our whims, not the West.

Do not cry and complain about why 'the World' allows this and that. They ARE your enemy. Start seeing things from a zero-sum game perspective. It's either us or them. The collective mind and effort of people calling themself Muslims must be pushed to realize this

This is why in Islam there's the concept of Al-Wala wal Bara (Love and hate upon Islam), A Muslim even though he lives in Antarctica, is your ally, while a Pakistani/Indonesian murtad isn't. You must defend one Muslim on top of the other.

The GCC Arab leadership wasn't always like we see today. For the most of the Palestine-Israel conflict, they supported the Palestinians in whatever capacity they could. Militarily they couldn't and still can't. But the financial and diplomatic support was strong. However, they are now beaten dogs and afraid of losing their hundreds of billions in 'assets' and 'investments' in the West, which could be confiscated within days. They are also acutely aware that, while oil is still the king, the renewables are rapidly improving as alternate and so make hay while the sun shines as they try to 'diversify' their economies. So to risk an unwinnable confrontation against the America-led West will only lead to anarchy and poverty, which will also have ripple effects on the 'labor' force of countries like Pakistan, BD, India, Philippines etc in the Middle East.
To be a Devil's Advocate: The GCC Arabs don't have much 'muscular' or even 'sanctions' options available. In that sense, I can understand. But at least they don't bark like Erdogan who has no bite.

Palestine marks Land Day as 9,000 remain behind bars: Monitor​

At least 9,000 Palestinians are being held in Israeli jails on the 48th anniversary of Land Day, the Palestinian Prisoner’s Society has said in a statement.

This figure does not include detainees from the Gaza Strip, who are victims of “enforced disappearance”, the advocacy group said.

It estimated that 7,870 people have been arrested by the Israeli military since October 7 in the West Bank. This figure includes the arrests of Palestinians still being held by Israeli forces as well as those released.
