they don't have guided rockets but the benefit is these were fired from very short range (which helps accuracy a lot) against a relatively large concentration of forces. you only need one accurate strike to cause these casualties which is probably what happened

The problem with the entity is that its legitimacy comes from the UN that was specifically formed to stop larger/more powerful countries/groups grabbing smaller/weaker ones and to preserve indigenous rights.
